On May 13, 2006 His Eminence, Metropolitan Nicholas signed conceptual plans presented by architect Christ Kamages for our new temple and facilities at 106th and Shelborne streets. This is the first major step in securing not only a brilliant, traditional Byzantine structure, but – more importantly – a bright and spiritually-rewarding future for generations to come.
God willing, Holy Trinity will continue to serve our congregation, our children, the greater Indianapolis community, and central Indiana from larger, improved facilities that are architecturally conducive to Orthodox worship.
We look forward to breaking ground with His Eminence, and to the great day when mere bricks and mortar evolve into a living temple of the living Lord.
