Holy Trinity is blessed to have a vibrant mission team led by parishioners Mike and Helen Young. Acting in cooperation of the OCMC (Orthodox Christian Mission Center), our mission team has been very closely involved with the Hogar Rafael Ayau orphanage in Guatemala City over the past 9 years.

Numerous trips to the orphanage and countless donations have made possible: adequate beds for the children, audio sound system for worship services, greenhouse for growing vegetables, appropriate clothing for the climate, and more.

We have recently produced a documentary about the orphanage’s work, entitled With Love, the Children of the Hogar Rafael Ayau (Con cariño, los niños del Hogar Rafael Ayau). See 6-minute excerpt here.
