St. Basil Food Pantry

The mission of the Saint Basil Food Pantry is to serve God and our neighbors in the community by providing food to those in need. Many of our fellow neighbors do not have access to healthy foods or the means to purchase the necessary staples. Our food pantry has partnered with the Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana and Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank to provide free groceries to help support those who may be facing food shortages in challenging economic times.

Philoptochos Society

Parish chapter of The Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society, Inc. which is the philanthropic arm of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America that has offered 88 years of philanthropy through a multitude of programs that make a difference in the lives of people in the United States and throughout the world.  The Society was established in November 1931, by the late Ecumenical Patriarch Athenagoras I, who was then serving as Archbishop of North and South America.

Small Groups

Groups meet around the parish to discuss the Church Coffee Podcast and grow together in their faith.

St. Basil Film Study

The St. Basil Film Study Group is geared towards adults. Participants seek out moral and ethical themes within otherwise apparently secular films in order to provoke discussion and debate. We hope to find that a broad range of ideas from different  perspectives can be examined in the context of traditional Judeo-Christian beliefs. The group meets on   various Friday evenings for refreshments, film, and discussion.

Young Adults

Young adults gathering for fellowship, faith, and service. The group meets monthly for brunch on the first Sunday of the month.

St. Herman’s Society

A missions focused committee which meets monthly with the purpose of promoting and witnessing Orthodoxy in the U.S. and abroad.  All are invited to join.

St. Paul Bible Study

This group meets every Tuesday morning at 10:30am.
